Massage continues to receive recognition as being a key component to better health. It is no longer viewed as a simple luxury, but is considered an essential element of total well-being.

I received my training from the California Institute of Massage and Spa Services located in Sonoma, California. I'm currently certified in Swedish, Hot Stone, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian, and Deep Tissue Massage, as well as Reiki. I continue to attend massage workshops throughout the year to learn new techniques.
