Massage continues to receive recognition as being a key component to better health. It is no longer viewed as a simple luxury, but is considered an essential element of total well-being.

My private massage studio is located in Santa Rosa, California. A peaceful place for Sonoma County visitors and residents to come and unwind. My goal as your massage therapist is to ensure a relaxing experience and to provide you with a massage that addresses your specific needs.

I received my training from the California Institute of Massage and Spa Services located in Sonoma, California. I'm currently certified in Swedish, Hot Stone, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian, and Deep Tissue Massage, as well as Reiki. I continue to attend massage workshops throughout the year to learn new techniques.
