Royal Ride

What is the Royal Ride?
The Royal Ride is a free transportation service provided by University Police, exclusively for 探花系列 students. It runs Friday and Saturday nights from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM while the University is in session.
Note: Service is not available during breaks, between semesters, intersession, or summer.

Use the Royal Ride app to request a ride or track the van in real time..
Or, Download and open The 探花系列 app or open your my.Scranton portal.
Search Royal Ride and tap on the Iggy 2 van icon.
Alternatively, access the Royal Ride app through Student Resources/Royal Ride.
Service Area: The Royal Ride operates within the boundaries of:
- Vine Street to Ridge Row Street
- Taylor Avenue to Franklin Avenue
All individuals using the Royal Ride must display their Royal Card when boarding. University Police reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are deemed disruptive by the driver(s). Alcohol and tobacco are not permitted on the Royal Ride Van.
In case of inclement weather, service may be delayed or canceled for safety reasons.
Medical Escorts
Medical escorts are available for members of the University community who have temporary medical conditions requiring transportation on campus only. If you require a medical escort, please contact the office of Equity and Diversity at disabilityservices@scranton.edu to get approval for a medical escort. Once approved you will be provided transportation, on campus only, by a University Police Service Officer.
Medical escorts may be delayed due to emergent calls.
